Initial consultations — intended to allow you and the practitioner to ensure that you are compatible and that they’ll provide what you seek — are free. These screening consultations will take up to one hour to perform and will be scheduled at the practitioner’s earliest convenience. Free consultations are limited to 30 minutes. If you wish to begin services immediately upon completing the initial consultation (and the practitioner agrees to this), follow the instructions below under “Continuing Services.” Otherwise, read on.
A $20 deposit for all services is expected at the time the appointment is made, unless the service itself is less than $20 (in which case, full payment is expected). This step is necessary to dissuade a potential client from making an appointment and then failing to show up. Once a deposit payment has been made, your selected practitioner will be notified and the earliest available appointment will be set up. Your deposit will be applied to the practitioner’s overall fee. If you don’t show up and don’t contact us to reschedule, your deposit is forfeit. Paying for and Continuing Services
If you are paying directly, continuing services or adding minutes, you may go directly to PayPal and “Send Money” to sheta@rendingtheveil.com to make your payment. You must include this information in the Comments field of the PayPal payment page:
- The current date
- Practitioner’s name
- Nature of today’s service (ex. upgrade on reading, #of minutes added, etc.)
- In the Amount field, enter the price of the service requested, or for the number of minutes/hours requested (for example, $60 x # of hours you’re paying for).
Without this information, we cannot guarantee immediate payment confirmation and this may delay your reading. Forward your payment verification email to your mentor or reader directly. He or she will give you his/her email address via chat, if you do not have it. Once your payment has been confirmed, your services will continue.
