This post is from November 2, 2003 (the one I just posted was from October of 2003, but the events themselves were four years prior). I’m going to bed in a minute but wanted to leave one more Meridjet-related story before I went. I’m trying to sleep forward; sleep deprivation backfires and makes me manic, [...]
As per usual, my energy is scattered due to severe disorganization. I actually tend to be an organized person by nature, but I organize in spurts which are followed by a steadily gathering layer of chaos. My chaos has reached such a level that it’s interfering with my ability to manage my time efficiently, which [...]
In the past couple of weeks, I’ve noticed a number of timely developments in my circumstances that I would call synchronicity if I only had a better handle on it all. I mentioned that I started schema therapy about 6 weeks ago; this has generated a lot of back-burner thought processing and semi-conscious contemplation that, [...]
Okay, I had to stay and show you this one. It brings up several practices that might affect those with spirit companions, and other folks will find interesting as well. From 22 October 2003:
Last night, we replayed first meeting again. I was having a hard time perceiving him on any level (except astral) and have [...]
The first step to expanding your reality is to discard the tendency to exclude anything from possibility.
Welcome to the strangest, most unusual blog you’ll probably ever read.
In 1994, Sheta Kaey found herself presented with the unlikely gift of a “spirit lover.” This is her story.
Meridjet is a fully involved spirit guide, as well as mate and companion. Sheta coined the term “spirit companion” in 1999 while corresponding with author Donald Tyson.
It started in 1993. After a lifetime of occult involvement for the distinct goal of spiritual growth, Sheta and her friend Xanquela began studying hermetic Qabalah. At the same time, Sheta, a lifelong user of the talking board, succeeded in contacting a guide who inspired results. Half a year of study later, the guide introduced a new spirit, Meridjet, to her.
Evidence of a connection between them was immediate and the impact of the meeting was intense. Over the next two years, Sheta struggled with doubts for her sanity, but persevered with the Xanquela's support.
After two years, Meridjet left for an extended time, then returned. He had changed, and become what Sheta likes to call “Meridjet10.” Since then, he has taught her to perceive him clearly and unassisted (no more Ouija® board). He took over the guide duties and increased the intensity of her learning, to the degree that onlookers at times will question his motives. He specializes in what is now called “ordeal work,”. He takes on the occasional additional student in a joint project. He’s a tough teacher: some people can hack it, and some people can’t.
This blog will contain the story of this relationship and the growth it inspires. It contains current information and archival history, restored from former journals. Subscribe to the feed and watch this journey unfold.
