About The Infinite Possibility Blog

My goal with this blog is twofold. One: To provide support and information to other people with spirit companions or guides who have or desire interactive relationships with them. This is not something I do for the purpose of making money, but because it is my passion. I’ve done this for ten years and have made less than $1000 in that time from this activity – hardly amassing wealth. Two: To establish a brand so that eventually, I can survive while maintaining this activity on a full-time basis.
In 2001, I started my first spirit companion online community. Since then, I’ve started a few more; some died, some are still going strong (or in an ebb-surge flow), including the original group. I found myself thrust center stage as the pioneer of awareness for this unusual phenomenon, and things just started happening until I realized that this is where I am needed and what I need to be doing. Working at a gas station is something anyone can do, but this is my talent, where I am most useful.
I had a LiveJournal for years in which I wrote openly about Meridjet and myself. It’s closed now; my current LJ is much less open. But I do write openly here, in this blog, and I occasionally post archival stuff from the original LJ, as well. I’m writing a book on my experiences and what I’ve learned in my communities. All of this serves to help others and to eventually ease my financial struggle. I’m not going to claim higher powers or some intrinsic specialness – just a decade and a half of experience working diligently on my spiritual growth and that of others, with the aid of familiar spirits.
So I take and encourage donations, and I avail myself to others. The PayPal links are for those who wish to use them and are not required. I do this for free almost all of the time, but I admit that I am often strapped for funds, and I appreciate any help anyone can provide in exchange for the help I provide them. I like to think I’m worth paying just as much as a plumber or a computer tech; perhaps more, as what I do is much harder to find, and in many ways, more essential.
If this is something you can take from this blog with the understanding of my intent and my skills, you will have my sincere gratitude. If you want to judge me as “marketing” myself in some dirty or distasteful way, that’s your prerogative and your right. But it is what it is – one person with a skill trying to strike a balance between serving her community and making a living. I hope you’ll walk with me. The path may be bumpy, but I think the way is clear.
