When I last updated, I promised you all a new scheduler "within a few days." Ha! The Universe sure showed me! I lost my computer for two months shortly thereafter, and so now I am scrambling to catch up and get the new scheduler online. I apologize for the lack of an update to let you all know, but it couldn't be helped. I'm working on the new scheduler some tonight and this weekend, and barring any further unexpected problems, I will have it up soon! For now, I've updated the banner in a lighter shade and added some pics of our people in the sidebar. If you need to reach any of us while the scheduler is in the works, you can email Sheta (that's me) at sheta@spiritcompanion.com. That is my primary email address, and I check it most days... except when I don't have a computer. ;) I'll keep you posted in this space. Have a good one!

Oh no! ::hugs:: Good luck–I hope it’s not as bad as you fear!
any news?
Sorry about missing these comments! I completely forgot to check this post on my phone and I haven’t been online proper very much in the last week or so.
We both still have impressive coughs, though she’s home from the hospital now. I’ll be taking care of her and trying to get this place cleaned up from a week and a half of making messes making food and not cleaning. Yummy. Thankfully, what passes for “messy” now is nothing like what it used to be. It’ll take an hour or two to do the whole thing.
I’d really like to stop coughing and stop feeling generally punky, but I can function, and that’s the main thing. They never did test me for pneumonia. The first time we went to the ER, they were extremely busy and we got shuffled through with broad-spectrum prescriptions and no tests whatsoever. The second visit they essentially ignored me, the jerks, though I’m very relieved they took her seriously. I still think I had pneumonia, because this was nothing like anything I’ve had before. My chest made so much noise that it would often wake me up, or I’d hear music just under the volume of the TV and turn it down only to realize it was me making the “music.”
And it seems we passed our germ to Christina, who is coming down sick up at college…. and that sucks.
Thanks for commenting! I feel loved.
