So much has been going on! I spent a week cleaning in preparation for a termite inspection — morning to night, every day — and then we had to be exterminated, as I knew we would. There were guys here for three days — one day for the inspection, one to exterminate, and another for the Quality Assurance inspection. They still have to come back to get a place they missed, and then another Quality Assurance inspection after that. I haven’t heard yet when they’ll be back.
Taking advantage of my clean house, I reorganized my painting supplies for art class and got a new toolbox to organize some of my more scattered-into-random-boxes beading supplies into. May do that today. And of course I’ve been retooling the book and giving it the once-over to see where I need to begin next.
My social skills seem to be at an all-time low, as I have inserted foot in mouth on a number of occasions in the past couple of weeks. I should probably just crawl under a rock until Mercury goes direct in a couple of days. My friends may never forgive me. I’m really stressed out today over something that happened last night, and just when I thought I’d patched things up from my last faux pas.
I’m sorry for my absence. I hope you all are giving thought to spending some time on the forums. There have been a few good threads since last you visited. I also posted the new table of contents on the filtered forum. I hope everyone can see it? Please let me know.

and I think Mercury has actually done its return by now. But it seems like this last retrograde was all sorts of mess.
Checked the dates; how very strange. My friend told me it was retrograde until the 10th. It hasn’t been retrograde at all this year, according to the site I just checked. Not til April, even.
Ironic.
Edit: I guess it came into ’10 retrograde for a couple of weeks. My bad again.

Ohhhh. It’s Mars that’s retrograde til the 10th. That’s even more ironic.
I actually just found that out yesterday or today from my daily astrology site. I think it’s in my sun sign too (Leo), which could explain a lot. Natal Mars is in Virgo.
