A good friend of mine, Reverend Judith Barnett, is in medical and financial crisis. She recently was laid off from her job, and is fighting serious illness that has a backlog of bills and which requires regular medication. She has a donation box up here, and I’ve asked her to update her page with more detail regarding her story and expenses. She’s not asking for handouts – she’s a web and database expert who is looking for freelance work or a job in her area (San Jose, last I heard) that will help her make ends meet.
